Let´s rewind a bit

Once upon a time, I was climbing the corporate career ladder. Successful and unhappy. Completely out of touch with my body, intuition, emotions. And then I became a mom.

I was a brand-new mom holding my first bundle of joy, wondering if I’d ever sleep again. Cue the endless crying, sleepless nights, and well-meaning advice that seemed more like riddles from a sleep-deprived sage. I was desperate for change, all the pieces I built my puzzle with fell apart and didn’t fit anymore. I was an unrooted tree and yearned for new roots and wings to fly. Flash forward to today:

I’ve birthed three tiny humans, homeschool, traveled Europe with my family, and married the love of my life (after a whopping 14 years together). I’ve devoured more self-help books than a bookworm at a buffet, started my own business, and embraced the beautifully messy adventure of integrating life and work. 

But through it all, I’ve discovered the power of finding joy in the chaos, of dancing through life’s ups and downs with a smile on my face.

Intentional Action drives us forward. We believe in making conscious choices that align with our values and goals, whether it's in parenting, work, or daily life. Every action we take is purposeful, leading us closer to the life we envision for ourselves and our families. Work and Parenting have to fit together.

Simple Living

Minimalistic & Simple Living is our mantra. We believe in decluttering our lives, both physically and mentally, to make room for what truly matters. It's about finding joy in the little things, simplifying our routines, and embracing a lifestyle of less stuff and more meaning.

  • We’re a TV-free household—yes, it’s possible!
  • I have an insatiable love for chocolate (it’s a lifestyle, really).
  • Personality tests? Count me in! I’m a Libra with a Scorpio Ascendant, an INFJ-A personality type, and according to Human Design, I’m a Generator. 
  • I’m a Reiki Master, Health Coach, Train the Trainer, NLP Master, Manifestation practitioner
Cathleen helps me to ask difficult questions and helps me to think differently, what was needed to change my life. She pushes me out of my comfort zone, respectfully challenges me and at the same time is always honest with me. Her wisdom and insights are so valuable and often provide a different perspective on challenges or road blocks to a more happier life. Cathleen offers substantial value to others by showing how to follow your heart and listen to your intuition. There is so little support to new mums, and without the skills Cathleen possess, other mothers find it hard to get motivated / get organised/ take care of themselves/ have a plan /or get out of a rut. Her kindness, empathy and caring nature combined with her deep understanding of how to rebalance yourself as a mum is a huge benefit to any mum who needs assistant.

Since working with Health Coach Cathleen, I feel more focused, grounded and happier with myself. We just had our second child. And I was very nervous about it since I struggled with post-natal depression with our first one. With the help of Cathleen, I learned to listen to the rhythm of my baby and learned to plan my day around it. I had no hesitaions contacting you because you have always been so open and inviting to conversations about anything and everything, and so quick to offer help and advice. I also know that you focus on a natural approach on things and on working from the inside. Especially PMS is a problem where the medical world is failing (I have no data on this, just a general feeling I have gotten and heard from other women with similar problems) and only prescribe medicine or ignore your problems saying «that’s just womanhood for you». But you have real solutions to what are REAL women problems, so i knew you were the right choice 🥰 I feel so much more in tune with my own body and have learned to really give myself what my bodys asking for, instead of ignoring it and pushing through. This has resulted in a much more balanced mood thoughout my cycle, because I now just accept that some days I am naturally more intorverted and low, while others i’m more social and happy. Accepting it just really helped, and you showed me that it is OK to take a break and flow with your emotions ☀️ What I liked best is just feeling heard, and having someone understand what I go through each month. Just having someone to talk to has been really amazing. I would recommend it to people with similar problems, aboslutely! ☺️
