
We love this cake! It’s a very rich, dark chocolate cake and almost healthy. This cake is filled with anti-oxidants, contains iron, calcium and magnesium. It’s a real mood booster if you need a little pick me up.
Preheat the oven to 190°C, and grease an 20 cm cake form with coconut oil or butter.
Melt the baking chocolate and butter together, stirring until completely smooth. (You can use a double-boiler for this or simply put the chocolate and butter into an oven-safe bowl, and melt it in the oven for about 4-5 minutes.)
Pour the batter into the greased pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the center looks firm.
Cool before serving.
Top it up with berries, bee pollen, cream or ice cream.
