
I love chocolate. In all variation and forms and to all times. I like the benefits of pure chocolate and cacao and always search for a recipe that let’s me indulge once in a while without feeling to guilty about it.
And we love this chocolate pudding in my family. It’s creamy, strong flavored and quick to prepare for a little indulgence on the weekend. Perfect for a movie night.
This recipe is an easy to prepare and healthier version of your normal chocolate pudding. With it’s creamy texture absolutely delicious.
Place cashews, water, chia seeds, dates, cacao powder, vanilla bean and salt into a high powered blender.
Blend until smooth. Put the mixture into a container (mason jar or other) and refrigerate. When ready to eat, top with fresh or frozen raspberries.
You can get creative on the topping. Add raspberries, blueberries, acai berries or cacao nibs.
