
Kale chips are super healthy and really easy to make.
Preheat to oven to 180 degrees.
Wash and dry kale. Remove stems or use whole and eat leaves of the stem.
Place in the preheated oven for 5-10 minutes. You will need to watch them closely and remove them as soon as they are crispy and barely browning.
Flavor variations: try adding spices like cumin and chili powder or ginger and garlic for a different taste.
