Let´s rewind a bit

Once upon a time, I was climbing the corporate career ladder — successful on the outside, unhappy on the inside. I was completely disconnected from my body, my intuition, and my emotions. And then I became a mother.

I was a brand-new mom holding my first baby, wondering if I’d ever sleep again. Endless crying, sleepless nights, and well-meaning advice that just didn’t feel right — it left me frustrated and confused. I was desperate for change. Everything I had built my life around suddenly didn’t fit anymore. I felt unrooted — longing for new roots, and wings to fly. My highly sensitive baby challenged me deeply, and as a result, I went inward…

FLASH FORWARD TO TODAY:

I’ve birthed three tiny humans, explored different ways of learning and living as a family, traveled Europe together, and married the love of my life (after 14 years together). I’ve devoured more personal development books than I can count, started my own business, and learned to integrate life and work in a way that actually feels sustainable.

Through it all, I’ve discovered that joy doesn’t come from having it all figured out — but from slowing down, listening inward, and allowing life to unfold with more ease and intention.
